Dr. Yared Legesse, Managing Director
Over the course of his lengthy career in business law, corporate governance and labor law, Dr. Yared has assisted clients with investments in the form of joint ventures and acquisitions of all types, sizes and complexity.
Dr Yared has served as a Judge at the Federal High court and worked as an Assistance Professor at the Addis Abeba University. Dr. Yared is keenly aware of the importance of listening to clients to clearly understand their need, and draw from his breadth of experience to offer clients guidance and strategic solutions that help them make better decisions. Dr.Yared earned his first degree in law (LL.B) from Addis Ababa University with great distinction, his (Master of Laws) LL.M from Central European University, Legal Studies Program with Outstanding Academic Achievement Award, and his Doctorate of Juridical Sciences (S.J.D) from Central European University.
Dr. Daniel Ashagre, of Counsel – Project Finance
Fluent in multiple languages and with a diverse background in business and law, Dr. Daniel offers clients deep knowledge and expert handling of local country matters. Over the course of his lengthy career, Dr. Daniel has helped numerous foreign companies successfully enter the Ethiopian market and many more rely on him to assist them with day-to-day issues.
Dr. Daniel has worked with renowned global organizations such as the UN and World Bank and completed his Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Legal Studies, covering a range of legal specialties relating to trade, investment, project finance and human rights, at American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. Dr. Daniel has done his doctorate degree in Law and Political science in Hungary.

Zebene Ayele, of Counsel – Tax & Customs
Zebene has deep expertise in Ethiopian tax and customs matters that he developed during his lengthy tenure at the Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority (now Ministry of Revenues).
His array of experiences include: Tax and customs litigation; Tax and customs assistance, Tax laws enforcement; Tax intelligence analysis, evaluation and follow-up; Public-private partnership (PPP); Privatization; Due diligence and execution of transactions; and banking.
Zebene holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Haramaya University, and his master’s degree (MA) in Leadership and Good Governance from Ethiopian Civil Service University.
Dagnachew Tefera
Dagnachew is a dedicated legal researcher with an experience in academics for nearly ten years. Dagnachew has in-depth experience in corporate law, commercial dispute resolution, financial regulations and intellectual property.
Dagnachew holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Hawassa University School of Law, Master’s degree in Business Law (LL.M) from Addis Ababa University School of Law and Governance. He holds a second Master’s degree in Comparative Local Development from Corvinus University of Budapest Hungary.
